Tmd Custom Tab Module

I need a bit of help with Installation of Tmd Custom Tab Module 2.x to 2.2.x_2.3.x
The tab is not appearing in my products and I am 100% sure that I followed the instructions. I am using the custom theme called petshopper on OpenCart Version 2.3.0.2
Your help will be most appreciated, Thanx

The answer i got for this is: 

for custom theme you need make changes in xml

I am new at this can someone give more detailed of how to do this.

  What he means is to change the "path" in the xml

  What is your OCversion? with Journal or not?

  Yes, I tried, you need to remove all the ///xml// and remark for the //--></script> 

  in the xml, and upload it thru extension installer.

  After that, you must also need to upload the sql provided thru System>Tools>Backup and Restore

  That will create the database for the Custom Tabs.
