Oneplus Screen Issue

I bought Oneplus Nord phone 3 months ago which was working fine. A few days ago I upgraded it to the latest version. Now when I put my phone to charge it the screen starts blanking and the phone gets restarted repeatedly. So what's the main issue? is it a hardware issue or a software?
Please guide me
