how to withdrawal affiliate commission amount with paypal?

my opencart store created a affiliate account..
after perchesed commision to add my store affiliate account but how to withdrawal this amount by paypal?

my store in affiliate account set a paypal account but not to transaction my account withdrawal amount to transfer...?
