I have been using Opencart with no problems since 2012 and I have it linked to our Sagepay payment system. This week I have had an issue with orders not showing up and no email to confirm orders received other than the payment made using Sagepay. Normally I receive an email from opencart to confirm what our customer has ordered. I have not received this. My customers have only received an email from Sagepay confirming the payment but nothing from opencart to confirm their order. I have searched through some of the posts on here and they refer to "missing order" tab. I do not have such a tab on our admin opencart page. Can anyone help please before I go screaming to opencart. I do not know what my customers are ordering but I can see they are paying for things........ We do not use PayPal, just Sagepay which has worked fine since 2012.
