The seller PAIBKK sold me a non-working module. He was rude to me and refuses to return the money. When I fill out the complaint or return form, the same seller responds to me. How to contact an independent person from the administration?

  Do not respond to any messages except a message from Opencart team in the new ticket.

  If you paid the extension through PayPal, you can create a ticket in PayPal describing the issue.
