i bought multi vendor extension but give me waiting proof ID 

i don't know what is the proof ID 

i need to download extension or my money refund to me

  Proof of ID is a photo of passport or driver license with your name on it. In rare cases they can accept utility bills. Usually they process these tickets quite fast.
