    Hello, Dave,

    This is a community help thread. Opencart support does not respond here usually. I am a developer of some extensions for Opencart and I can try to help you. Could you please describe where you see 'Signature hash doesn't match signature' message?

    Hello Karapuz,

    I wasnt sure where to turn, support isnt responding either. I do thank you for your response.

    I installed OpenCart via softaculous/ Version 3.0.3.3

    I registered my account with OpenCart and added my store. I logged into my admin section and went to extensions->Marketplace to purchase a theme. On the top right their is a little warning button. I click it and it says " Please enter your OpenCart API information which you can obtain here." this takes me to where I added my store and I can see my username and secret key. I copy and paste the username and key into the popup and it tells me "Sucess: you have modified your API informetion" the square warning stays on the top right and if I try to make a purchase I enter my pin and again it pops up and says " Signature hash does not match! "

    I am not sure what else to try.

    Thank you for clarifications. Unfortunately I am not familiar with direct purchases from a store marketplace, but I am sure that the same theme is available through the marketplace at opencart.com website.

    You can purchase it there and install as a regular extension later. It means  you will get an archive file and that file can be uploaded on the extension installer page to the store. That is how I usually install extensions and it works quite well. I would suggest you try to use this option as a workaround solution to the current situation.

    That was the way to go, everything is working great. I really appreciate your help. You had said you were a developer for opencart extensions. Where can I look at the extensions you develop?
