Why this take longtime time to approve #1113868

 

Even when using Paypal this happens?

This did not happen to me with any site to buy digital products ..

  The 'proof of identity' status occurs quite often. Their fraud system may hold an order on review until they confirm the owner of payment account. You should contact opencart representative to confirm your identity with some legal documents like a scanned image of driver license. Usually, this routine not longer than 72 hours.
