Does someone have the contact from OpenCart? We should update our platform and I want to check if that is possible. Unfortunately the mail-adress and phone number is not working and I don't get a response to my contact request.

  Just use contact form(they can be a very slowly but this is the only way i know). https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=support/contact

  Or, better to hire a developer who can consult you.
