help me 4 digit PIN number

I am a new member. I do not understand "Please enter a 4 digit PIN number"

  As i noticed system asking for PIN when i try to access from unusual/public IP.  You had to created your PIN while OpenCart marketplace registration.

  I don't remember the process because it was few years ago... Does it provides you an ability to restore PIN if you forgot it?

  I think the better way is write to support to restore PIN.
