  You should contact a developer of the extension and ask them to provide assistance. If you purchased the extension at opencart.com market then click on the 'Get Support' button at the extension page.

  If there is no response from them within a reasonable time (3-5 days?), feel free to request a refund and find another extension with a similar functionality.
