locating my FTP (C panel) css file manager

Higher Heights Melanin Magic

i need to change my theme colors, banner colors, and colors of product title.

I was instructed by Open cart to do this on my FTP or C panel, then she added css file manager.

Unfortunately i am totally unfamiliar with this language, or how i can proceed.

If you are developer then you can learn how apply css in opencart.
To make chnages in css, please use cpanel or FTP.
if chnages not applying the do modification refresh
