omniva module warning problem

Hello, please help. I installed the OMNIVA module and can't run it i get the following error list

OPENCART 3.0.3.6

  You should try to configure the omniva module and define all required parameters. If it does not help, please contact authors of the module at the extension page through the 'Get Support' button.
