Waiting of Proof of ID

hi i bought en extension and payment was made now i m still waiting for download link but it is still in the proof of id status why hell its even asking for proof of id haven't the transact has been completed. this is the third time i m facing this and last time i complained instead of download link status changed refunded and guess i didn't get the refunded amount, here are the ext info kindly send me the extension this time:
