Why customer don't get any email with a confirmation link has been sent your email address from my opencart store?

    Hello, Ibrahim,

    The issue might occur on several stages:

    - your store does not send emails at all (try to configure an smtp email protocol in the store for testing)

    - the email cannot be reached the customer's inbox due to your server settings (the server might block outgoing emails. SMTP should help here as well)

    - the email reached the customer but it was deleted/filtered out (ask the customer to check a spam folder)

    Anyway, a complex investigation is required here.
