PayPal Commerce Platform Adding PayPal to opencart

If anyone has this issue. This might help, I was trying to add PayPal to Open Cart.

1. First I tried the "Extension Marketplace":
2. To do the install of PayPal (That was after taking a minute to find the button not on the general tab. But under the download tab)
3. This did not work it kept giving me a error message.
4. If you get the error message. Go in the NAVIGATION > Extensions>Extensions>Extension List>Choose the extension type>payments(52)> Then you will see list of Payment Method.
5.  Find the payment method you want. Click on the green box with the + in it. you will have a pop up to log into your PayPal account. 
6. Make sure you ad blocker if you have one turn it off.. This will give you issues when doing any website dev work.
