shipping method can't show on checkout page

hi,

i just installed formula based shipping  had a problem in frontend, the shipping method can't show on checkout page, and I only found this xml file in vqmod, is it missing somethings for this modules?

 

please help

  Hello, Tony,

  You should contact an author of that vqmod for support. If you purchased it on opencart.com then there is 'Get support' button on the extension page.

  If you cannot get it work, you can try another extension developed by me:
